To date we ship to UK addresses only however we do aim to offer international shipping to most countries in the near future.
We use Royal Mail for all your delivery options and offer free postage on all orders dispatched via 2nd class delivery.

Same day dispatch on all orders received by 11am on business working days.
Special order items are dispatched within 4 working days using the above postage options.

Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Unfortunately we don't provide free returns but will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please post your item back to us at:

And include a completed returns form so we can find and refund your order.
Please note: we no longer exchange items. All returned orders will be refunded and if you require another item you are more than welcome to reorder.
We will process your refund within three working days of receiving your return. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the banks to process our refund request.
Returning Process
Looking to return an item? As long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns. Please fill out the returns
form included in your delivery (Or download and print using the link below) and return your item using your preferred method.
We can provide you with a returns note to print out, simply request one by emailing us at hello@lakelandcountry.co.uk and we'll send you one. Please note, however, that £2.80 postage will be deducted from your refund if using our returns label.
