They also have a part elasticated waist and adjustable ankles.

I purchased these trousers as a replacement for an old pair of waterproofs I have had for years. What a pleasant surprise to wear something that actually feels good and does exactly what it says on the tin. I was out in torrential rain over the weekend and they kept me not only dry but warm too.
